  • Client refers to any business or individual engaging our services.
  • Services include sourcing, inspections, logistics, and supplier coordination.
  • Supplier means manufacturers, vendors, or factories introduced during projects.
  • Project means a sourcing assignment agreed between both parties.
  • Order means a confirmed purchase placed with a supplier.

Vetted Source provides sourcing and supply chain services for international eCommerce sellers and import businesses operating globally.

We act solely as an intermediary and do not take ownership of goods within the supply chain.

Engaging Our Services

  • Service engagements begin after written confirmation from Vetted Source.
  • Verbal discussions alone do not create a binding agreement.
  • We reserve the right to reject projects that violate laws or ethical standards.
  • All timelines are estimates and may be affected by third-party delays.

Client Obligations

Requirement Description
Accurate Information Clients must provide complete product requirements and specifications.
Prompt Responses Clients should respond quickly to approvals and requests.
Compliance Clients are responsible for ensuring products comply with import laws.
Payments All invoices and agreed fees must be paid on time.
Legal Rights Clients must have legal rights to import or distribute products.

Fees & Payment

  • Service fees are agreed before project commencement.
  • Invoices are generally payable within 7 days.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • Supplier payments remain the Client’s responsibility.
  • Service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
We strongly advise Clients not to make supplier payments without proper due diligence.

Supplier Relationships

Vetted Source acts as an intermediary between Clients and Suppliers. Purchase agreements are entered directly between the Client and Supplier.

  • We do not guarantee supplier performance or financial stability.
  • Supplier verification reduces risk but does not eliminate it completely.
  • Disputes between Clients and Suppliers remain their responsibility.

Quality Inspections

  • Inspection reports are based on sampled units only.
  • A passed inspection does not guarantee every unit is defect-free.
  • Inspection standards follow agreed AQL methodology.
  • Third-party inspection agencies operate independently.

Logistics & Shipping

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only.
  • Import taxes and duties remain the Client’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for carrier delays or customs holds.
  • Risk transfer follows agreed Incoterms.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for supplier or freight carrier actions.
  • Incorrect information provided by Clients may affect outcomes.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during projects.

  • Confidentiality obligations continue after termination.
  • Information required by law may be disclosed where necessary.

Termination

  • Clients may terminate projects with written notice.
  • Outstanding fees remain payable after termination.
  • We may suspend services for non-payment or unlawful conduct.
