Alibaba lists suppliers. We verify them, negotiate with them, inspect their production, and manage your shipment. We remove every step where things typically go wrong:

Yes. We manage the full private label process — from sourcing a suitable base product and factory, to coordinating custom packaging design, logo placement, insert cards, and branded outer boxes. All samples are evaluated before bulk production is approved.
Yes. If you have already found a supplier and want an independent assessment before committing, we can conduct a standalone supplier verification — including background checks, export history review, business license verification, and a factory audit report.
Yes — this is one of our most used services. We handle all FBA prep requirements including FNSKU labelling, poly bagging, carton marking, and shipment plan creation. We ship directly from the Chinese factory to your designated Amazon fulfillment center in the US or Europe, fully compliant with Amazon's requirements.

- Supplier sourcing & verification: 5–10 business days
- Sampling: 7–15 days (factory production + courier delivery)
- Bulk production: 15–45 days depending on order size and product
- QC inspection: 1–3 days at factory before shipment
- Sea freight to US/EU: 25–40 days
- Air freight to US/EU: 5–10 days

We charge a service fee based on the scope of work — not a hidden percentage of the factory price. This means we always negotiate the lowest possible factory price for you, because we are paid by you and not incentivised to inflate the supplier quote.

No. You see every supplier quote, every inspection cost, and every shipping invoice. There are no hidden markups on factory prices and no vague invoices. If a cost arises outside the original scope, we tell you clearly before proceeding — you always have the choice.
MOQ is set by the manufacturer, not by us. For most consumer goods and electronics, typical MOQs range from 100 to 500 units. For private label products, MOQs can be higher. Part of our negotiation process is always pushing for the lowest possible MOQ on your first order while keeping the unit price competitive.
Amazon FBA prep involves preparing your inventory to meet Amazon's strict inbound requirements. We handle:
- FNSKU barcode labelling on each unit
- Poly bagging and bubble wrap where required
- Carton marking and master carton labelling
- Shipment plan creation in Seller Central
- Compliance with hazmat and restricted product requirements
Yes. We can review your product, identify the specific certification or documentation gap, and work with you and your supplier to obtain the correct compliance documentation — FCC, CE, RoHS, or otherwise — needed to reinstate your listing.

Yes. We work with sellers across Amazon US, UK, Germany, France, and pan-EU marketplaces. European sellers have additional compliance requirements — CE marking, RoHS, and WEEE registration — and we handle all of these for EU-bound shipments.
If our pre-shipment QC inspection identifies defects above the acceptable AQL threshold, we immediately inform you with a full report and photos. You have three options:
- Reject the shipment — and require the factory to rework or replace defective units
- Accept with negotiated compensation — if defects are minor and correctable
- Escalate — we negotiate directly with the factory on your behalf
