GLOBAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY SUPPORT

Complete Logistics Coordination from China to Your Destination

Freight booking
Freight forwarder selection & booking
We work with a vetted network of freight forwarders who specialize in China-to-USA and China-to-Europe eCommerce shipments. We compare rates, transit times, and reliability across carriers - then book on your behalf, handling all the back-and-forth so you receive one clear shipping quote with no hidden surprises at the destination port.

Sea freight
Sea freight - LCL and FCL shipments
For larger orders, sea freight is by far the most cost-effective option. We manage both LCL (Less than Container Load) for smaller shipments that share container space, and FCL (Full Container Load) for bulk orders that fill an entire container. We handle booking, export declaration, bill of lading, and delivery to port - coordinated precisely with your production completion date.
Air freight
Air freight-fast restocking & urgent shipments
When you're running low on inventory or launching a new product under a tight deadline, air freight cuts transit time from 30+ days to 5- 10 days. We book cargo space with reputable air carriers, manage airway bill documentation, coordinate airport pickup at the destination, and ensure your shipment clears customs quickly for rapid delivery to FBA or your warehouse.
Customs
Import customs clearance & duty management
Incorrect HS codes, undervalued invoices, and missing documentation are the most common causes of customs delays and penalties. We work with licensed customs brokers in the US and EU to prepare accurate commercial Invoices, assign correct HS codes, calculate import duties in advance, and ensure your shipment clears the border without holds, fines, or demurrage fees piling up.
FBA delivery
Amazon FBA inbound delivery coordination
Amazon fulfillment centers have strict inbound requirements-delivery appointments, pallet configurations, carton weight limits, and label placement rules. We coordinate directly with the freight forwarder and Amazon's inbound system to book the correct delivery slot, ensure the shipment arrives in compliant condition, and minimize the risk of your inventory being refused or lost at the dock.
Tracking
End-to-end shipment tracking & status updates
You should never have to wonder where your inventory is. From the moment goods leave the factory to the moment they are received at your warehouse or FBA center, we provide regular tracking updates-flagging any delays, port congestion issues, or customs queries as soon as they arise so you can plan your inventory and marketing activities with confidence.

GLOBAL FREIGHT OPTIONS

Shipping Modes for Different Timelines, Budgets & Order Sizes

Every shipment has different priorities. We help you choose the most efficient shipping method based on your budget, product type, delivery timeline, and inventory needs — balancing speed, cost, and reliability for smoother global logistics.

Sea — LCL 25–35 days · Lowest cost

Best for: orders under 15 CBM that don't fill a full container. Share space, share cost.

Sea — FCL 25–35 days · Best per-unit cost

Best for: large bulk orders filling a 20ft or 40ft container. Most economical at scale.

Air freight 5–10 days · Premium cost

Best for: urgent restocks, new product launches, or high-value goods where speed outweighs cost.

Express courier 3–7 days · Highest cost

Best for: samples, small parcels, or emergency restocks under 100kg via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Rail freight 15–20 days · Mid-range cost

Best for: China-to-Europe shipments where speed matters more than sea but cost matters more than air.

SMARTER IMPORT DECISIONS

Incoterms Explained for Amazon Sellers & Importers

Incoterms define who is responsible for costs and risk at each point in the shipping journey. Choosing the wrong one can leave you exposed to unexpected charges. Here’s what the most common ones mean for eCommerce importers.

EXW

Ex Works — highest risk for the buyer. The supplier's responsibility ends the moment goods are ready at their factory. You pay for everything from that point — inland transport, export clearance, freight, import duties. We do not recommend this for new importers without a trusted freight forwarder in place.

FOB

Free On Board — the most common choice for Amazon sellers. The supplier covers costs until goods are loaded onto the vessel at the Chinese port. From that point, you take responsibility for freight, insurance, and import clearance. This gives you control over your freight forwarder and shipping costs.

CIF

Cost, Insurance & Freight — supplier manages more, but so does their markup. The supplier arranges and pays for freight and insurance to the destination port. Risk transfers to you when goods arrive at the port. Often more expensive than FOB because suppliers mark up freight costs.

DDP

Delivered Duty Paid — maximum convenience, maximum supplier control. The supplier handles everything including import duties and delivery to your door. Easiest for beginners but gives you zero visibility or control over the logistics chain. Hidden costs are common. We recommend FOB for most of our clients.
