Quality Control

MULTI-STAGE QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Comprehensive Inspections at Every Production Stage

Cost Savings
During production
During-production inspection (DUPRO)
When 20-40% of your order is complete, our inspector visits the factory floor to check that production is on track-identifying material substitutions, workmanship issues, or spec deviations early enough to correct them before the full batch is affected. Catching problems at this stage saves the entire order.

Pre-shipment
Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) - the critical checkpoint
Conducted when 100% of production is complete and at least 80% is packed, this is the most important quality gate in the supply chain. We randomly sample units from your finished batch using internationally recognized AQL standards, testing appearance, function, dimensions, labeling, and packaging-and issue a pass or fail verdict before anything is loaded for shipment.
Cost Savings
Loading check
Container loading supervision (CLS)
Even after a passed inspection, cartons can be swapped, damaged, or incorrectly loaded. Our Inspector supervises the physical loading of your container-verifying carton count, checking for visible damage, confirming correct goods are loaded, and sealing the container with a tamper-evident seal. You receive photo documentation of the entire loading process.

Electronics QC
Electronics-specific functional & safety testing
Electronic products carry unique risks- incorrect voltage, overheating, short circuits, and battery failures can cause safety hazards and Amazon listing removal. We test power input and output, charging cycles, button and port function, heat levels under load, and battery performance for every electronic product we inspect-going beyond the standard visual check.
Packaging QC
Packaging integrity & labeling compliance check
Amazon rejects shipments over labeling errors more often than product defects. We verify that barcodes scan correctly, FNSKU labels are placed to spec, inner and outer packaging meets Amazon or your warehouse requirements, suffocation warnings are present where needed, and country-of-origin markings are correct-before the goods leave China.

Reporting
Full QC report with photos, measurements & verdict
Every inspection ends with a detailed written report delivered within 24 hours--including product photos, defect images, measurement data, AQL sampling results, and a clear pass or fail recommendation. If we issue a fail, we provide specific corrective actions the supplier must take before we re-inspect and approve

INSPECTION STANDARDS

Inspection levels-which AQL standard should you use?

Choose the right inspection standard based on your product risk, quality expectations, and market requirements. We help you select the most suitable AQL level to reduce defects, protect your brand, and maintain consistent product quality before shipment.

AQL 1.5 Strictest level

Recommended for electronics, safety-sensitive products, or high-ticket items where any defect rate is unacceptable.

AQL 2.5 Standard level

The most widely used industry standard. Suitable for general consumer goods and most Amazon products.

AQL 4.0 Relaxed level

Used for low-risk or low-cost items where minor cosmetic defects are acceptable and cost-efficiency is the priority.

Not sure? We recommend for you

We assess your product type, market, and risk level and recommend the right AQL standard before inspection begins.

UNDERSTANDING DEFECT SEVERITY

How we classify defects

Not all defects carry the same level of risk. During inspection, we classify issues as critical, major, or minor based on their impact on safety, functionality, customer experience, and compliance — helping you make informed shipment decisions before products leave the factory.

Critical

Shipment is rejected. Immediate corrective action required. Defects that pose a safety hazard, violate regulations, or would result in Amazon removal — such as exposed wiring, incorrect voltage, missing safety warnings, or counterfeit certification marks.

Major

Likely to cause customer returns or negative reviews. Defects that significantly affect function, appearance, or usability — such as non-working buttons, incorrect color, wrong dimensions, missing accessories, or damaged packaging that affects the unboxing experience.

Minor

Noted but does not block shipment. Cosmetic imperfections that a reasonable buyer would not return — light surface scratches in non-visible areas, very slight color variation, or minor print misalignment within acceptable tolerance.
